Ordering from outside the US?

We ship direct from our distribution facility to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. International orders are placed here through this form, not on the website.

Minimum international order: $100 USD ($200 for the UK). We do not ship single units internationally.

To get a quote in one reply, include:

- The model(s) and quantity you'd like

- Your full delivery address (we need this to calculate shipping from China)

- A contact phone number for the carrier

We'll reply with a Stripe payment link covering the devices plus shipping in USD, and ship as soon as payment clears. Any import VAT, GST, or duty is set by your country and is payable by you on arrival. Units are sold for end use only and are covered by our one-year limited warranty.
