This shipping policy outlines our order processing and shipping procedures. Orders for delivery within the United States are placed through our website at bullseyebore.com. Orders for delivery outside the United States and Canada are arranged directly with us (see International Orders below).
United States Orders
Processing Times:
- Orders received before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the next business day.
- Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, packaging, and handoff to carrier.

Shipping Methods & Costs:
- Available shipping methods: Standard (ground), UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground (shipping methods subject to change). These methods apply to United States orders only.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order details, carrier type, shipping method, and destination.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Delivery times vary by shipping method selected and destination. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days for continental US destinations; however remote destinations, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping periods may extend delivery up to 10 business days.
International Orders (Outside the US & Canada)
We ship direct to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan from our overseas distribution facility. The United States shipping methods, rates, and processing times above do not apply to international orders, and international orders cannot be placed through our website checkout.
- To order, contact us through the contact form at bullseyebore.com with the model(s) and quantity you want, your full delivery address, and a contact phone number for the carrier.
- A minimum order value of $100 USD applies ($200 USD for the United Kingdom). We do not ship single units internationally.
- We will reply with a Stripe payment link covering the devices plus international shipping, quoted in USD. Orders ship once payment clears.
- Processing and transit times for international orders vary by destination and are longer than United States orders. We will provide tracking once your order ships.
- Any import VAT, GST, customs duty, or other charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient, payable on arrival. We cannot calculate these in advance.
Delivery and Package Responsibility
This section applies to all orders, United States and international. Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (based on tracking information), responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. BullseyeBore Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier-confirmed delivery.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
2. Check with household members, neighbors, and any shared or community mailbox/parcel locker areas.
3. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. File a Missing Mail or package search request with the carrier (e.g., USPS Missing Mail Search at usps.com).
