We have a 14-day return policy on items purchased from our online store at bullseyebore.com, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original unopened packaging with uncut box seals. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from our online store at bullseyebore.com.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@bullseyebore.com. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the return address. All returns must be shipped to us your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and potentially disposed. We do not accept unsolicited mail, returns, or repairs at our mail address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@bullseyebore.com.
Limited 1-Year Product Warranty
All BullseyeBore Core Products include a Limited 1-Year Product Warranty covering manufacturing defects when purchased from an authorized reseller. Certain exclusions and conditions apply. Please see the Warranty page for exclusions and conditions.

International Orders (Outside the US & Canada)
Orders shipped to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan cannot be placed through this website. They are arranged through our contact form and shipped directly from BullseyeBore, and your Stripe payment receipt is your proof of purchase. The terms below apply to those orders.
Warranty
Every BullseyeBore Core unit carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. If we confirm a covered manufacturing defect, we'll provide a replacement (which may be a refurbished unit of equal functionality) or store credit at our discretion. You do not need to return the original unit. Shipping of the replacement and any import taxes or duties on it are the customer's responsibility. The same warranty exclusions on our Warranty page apply.
Returns
Because international orders ship directly from our overseas distribution facility, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please confirm your model, quantity, and delivery address before paying. EU and UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason: contact us to arrange the return, you cover the cost of returning the unit, and we'll refund your payment, including the standard delivery charge, once the unit reaches us, with no restocking fee.
Damaged or incorrect on arrival
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
