All BullseyeBore Core Products include a Limited 1-Year Product Warranty covering manufacturing defects when purchased from bullseyebore.com, an authorized reseller, or directly from BullseyeBore.
Warranty Exclusions
This Product Warranty does not cover:
- Drop damage, impact damage, or cosmetic damage
- Damage from abnormal use or misuse
- Water damage, moisture damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures
- Damage from improper storage or transportation
- Damage from use with incompatible equipment or accessories
- Damage resulting from modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
- Normal wear and tear including but not limited to surface scratches, fading, or loosening of components
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand sources
- Any other damage not explicitly covered under manufacturing defects
- BullseyeBore Core accessories
Warranty Claim Requirements
Product Warranty related claims require:
- The original purchase receipt from bullseyebore.com, an authorized reseller, or a direct order with BullseyeBore, including the purchase date
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the claimed defect
- Detailed description of how the product was used when the defect occurred
- Prior approval from BullseyeBore Inc (and a Return Authorization Number if a return is requested)
Warranty Process
- To start a warranty claim, contact us at returns@bullseyebore.com
- If we request the unit back, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to BullseyeBore
- Any returns sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and may be disposed of
Remedy
Warranty coverage includes repair or replacement at BullseyeBore's sole discretion. Replacement products may be refurbished units of equal functionality. BullseyeBore reserves the right to offer store credit in lieu of replacement.
