EXPANDS NARROW WORK SURFACES: The Worksurface Extension Plate is a highly recommended accessory for drilling on narrow worksurfaces such as 2x4s, 4x4s, trim, or molding where less than 50% of BullseyeBore Core's laser patterns are visible. This 6" diameter flat aluminum plate effectively "extends" the worksurface, ensuring both the Reference Pattern and at least one Alignment Pattern remain fully visible for perfect alignment on limited surface areas.
ENABLES PRECISION ON NARROW MATERIALS: By providing a larger surface for laser pattern projection, the Worksurface Extension Plate allows you to take full advantage of BullseyeBore Core's alignment system even on narrow edges, thin boards, or constrained drilling locations where patterns would otherwise fall off the surface.
SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE: Place the plate flat and perpendicular to your worksurface with the 1/2" center hole aligned over your intended drilling location. Hold it in place with your free hand or tack it down temporarily before drilling. The light grey anodized surface provides excellent contrast for optimal laser pattern visibility, while the durable yet lightweight aluminum construction makes positioning and handling effortless. Works seamlessly alongside Chuck Extensions for maximum versatility with longer bits on narrow surfaces.
